This is a cool, kitchy little coffee shop in downtown Bay City. Nice place, open early (although not on Sunday so lose a star - more on that later), nice people, great scones and good coffee. Its been around for 20 years!

The interior is reminiscent of a record store that exploded. Its really quite striking, we were time pressed, hungry and on our way to a wedding. The woman who assisted us was nothing but helpful, it was really nice.

I was very disappointed the next day when the store was not open...really? Its a coffee shop! I do not accept the argument that there is no business to support being open either! There were breakfast places all over (Maggies Omelletes, Heather's, Stock Pot Diner, Red Lion) all of them were busy. The only reason no one would go to a coffee shop on a Sunday is because it is closed.

Horrid... Go elsewhere... Dank, dark and unfriendly. If you are looking for a cozy vibe  this is not the place.

If you're a die-hard (and I mean hardcore puke-inducing) Beatles fan, then you may enjoy it here. Looking for quality, locally roasted coffee that is in season from around the world? Look elsewhere. I cannot stand the decor, and the British Invasion is practically THRUST in your face. The quality of the drinks is just shy of terrible. Why anyone chooses to visit here other than to view the memorabilia is beyond me entirely.

Over ten years ago, a group of friends of mine from high school and I found this little place that served great coffee along with some awesome karaoke on Fridays - that you didn't have to be 21 for!  I miss having fun singing with Brad, and the teenager packed coffee bar full of talent.

I hope you guys are still making awesome brews... and some great music, too!  Next time I make it to the state, I'll be by for a drink.  I'll be thinking of you watching Karaoke Battle USA on tv here in a couple weeks, and wishing for my younger days!
